Maybe you buy up a couple of those necklaces that aren't quite right, and you Frankenstein them together until you create one that is.
Red flower cluster choker has it all: silver chain, dainty bead, delicate flower... you can't go wrong with that one, I think.
It's not just riz who hasn't explored etsy yet... me neither.

Have you used Alchemy before? Where you basically describe what you want, set a price and let the sellers bid on it? All jewelry requests get numerous bids from multiple sellers--and how cool is it to get a custom piece just for you?
